Job Summary

AmaliTech Ghana Ltd. is in search of a dynamic and experienced professional to fill the role of Professional Skills Instructor in our training programs. This pivotal position involves imparting essential skills and knowledge to participants, aiding them in navigating the professional realm. From communication and networking to interview techniques and career goal setting, you will play a vital role in shaping their professional journey.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and Deliver Engaging Lessons:
    • Create and deliver daily lessons to learners, both online and in-person.
    • Utilize diverse teaching methods such as lectures, case studies, role-playing, and interactive activities.
  2. Real-world Relevance:
    • Incorporate real-world examples and scenarios for practical and relevant learning experiences.
  3. Personalized Guidance:
    • Provide personalized feedback and guidance through online forums, discussions, and individual consultations.
  4. Collaboration and Consistency:
    • Collaborate with other instructors and program administrators to ensure program consistency and effectiveness.
  5. Stay Informed:
    • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in professional development.
  6. Continuous Improvement:
    • Continuously enhance online modules and teaching methods based on feedback and data analysis.
  7. Supportive Learning Environment:
    • Create a positive and supportive learning environment for participants.
  8. Adaptability:
    • Perform other related duties assigned by the Head of the Department to support the overall success of the training program.


  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Education, Communication, Business) or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a professional training or development role.
  • Proven track record in developing and delivering engaging online training content.
  • Strong command of communication and presentation skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal skills, adopting a clear and concise teaching style.
  • Ability to foster a positive and supportive learning environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and proficiency in time management.
  • Proficiency in online learning platforms and communication tools.
  • Passion for professional development and a commitment to empowering individuals to achieve their career goals.
