Position Overview: CEO/Talent Acquisition Specialist

As the CEO/Talent Acquisition Specialist at CorporateGh, you will be at the forefront of our mission to transform organizations by sourcing, attracting, and selecting the best candidates. This unique role requires you to seamlessly blend strategic leadership with hands-on talent acquisition expertise. You will be responsible for guiding the overall direction of the company while actively driving talent acquisition initiatives that align with our vision and values. While the position is located in Tema, we welcome applications from candidates residing in Accra as well.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership & Strategy: As CEO, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to ensure the long-term success and sustainability of CorporateGh. This includes setting goals, formulating policies, and overseeing all operations to drive growth and profitability.
  • Talent Acquisition: In your role as Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will lead the recruitment process by sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates to meet our clients’ staffing needs. This involves developing effective recruitment strategies, conducting interviews, and managing candidate relationships.
  • Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their recruitment requirements and provide tailored solutions. This includes negotiating contracts, managing client expectations, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Team Leadership & Development: Foster a positive and productive work environment by providing leadership, guidance, and support to the CorporateGh team. Encourage professional development and mentorship to empower team members to reach their full potential.
  • Compliance & Legal Affairs: While not required, a basic understanding of the Companies Act and Tax laws in Ghana would be advantageous. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and laws governing recruitment practices and business operations.

Qualifications:

  • Considerable experience in senior leadership roles, preferably in the recruitment industry.
  • Proven track record of success in talent acquisition, with a deep understanding of recruitment best practices and trends.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients, candidates, and colleagues.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field. An MBA or relevant professional certification is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and recruitment software/tools.
