Nestlé Business Services is actively seeking a Medical Delegate Call Centre Specialist to engage Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) via remote phone calls. The role involves emphasizing the significance of exclusive breastfeeding during the first 6 months of life and advocating for continued breastfeeding after introducing complementary feeding. The Specialist will provide accurate information on the hazards associated with inappropriate breastmilk substitutes, such as Cow’s/Buffalo’s milk and rice water.
A Day in a Life:
- Recommend Nestlé’s Nutrition Products and services to HCPs when exclusive breastfeeding is not possible.
- Develop long-term professional relationships with HCPs and medical decision-makers.
- Act as a recognized remote collaborator and Trusted Nutrition Solution Provider within assigned health centers.
- Ensure optimal coverage and management of HCPs in the assigned area, gathering and sharing insights through relevant tools/systems.
- Collaborate with Territory Medical Delegates to provide quality service to HCPs and their institutions.
- Create, implement, and execute agreed work plans in line with company objectives.
