What you will do:

As a Fido Marketing Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting and analyzing data to inform and support the marketing department’s strategies and campaigns. You will work closely with the marketing team, data team, and product team to identify and evaluate market trends, consumer behaviors, and analyze competition and campaign performance to help meet Fido’s growth goals.

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data to inform marketing strategies and campaigns
  • Identify trends in our target audiences’ behavior and provide actionable insights
  • Monitor market trends and competitors’ activity to identify opportunities and threats
  • Use data to create reports and presentations for internal stakeholders
  • Collaborate with the marketing team and the data team to identify target audiences and develop segmentation strategies
  • Track and measure the performance of marketing campaigns and make recommendations for optimization
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure data is accurate and up-to-date

Who you are:

  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role or as a senior data analyst in a B2C company, experience in fintech is a big advantage
  • BSc in exact sciences fields or B.A in economics – must MBA or MA in Marketing or Information Management is an advantage.
  • Hands-on experience in SQL – must
  • Strong analytical skills and experience analyzing complex data and experience with data analysis tools and software (e.g. Advanced Excel, Google Sheets, Tableau or similar BI tools, Google Analytics, Appsflyer), Experience with CRM, marketing automation and database tools is a plus
  • Familiarity with marketing methodologies, marketing research, and research techniques
  • Comfortable working with multidisciplinary teams (i.e. data, finance, product)
  • You will be part of a dynamic and fast-paced environment and must be able to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Strong communication, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.
