Scope
The Lead Generator undertakes various business development, marketing & sales activities to generate business leads for the company’s services to exponentially grow revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate sales leads to proposals and meetings.
- Build capacity and conduct research on target industry.
- Work with MD to close sales leads, by attending meetings virtually or physically, where required.
- Weekly briefings on prospects and leads.
- Participate in trainings and updates on the company’s services.
Requirements
- Work experience in business development, insurance sales or human resources.
- Must have strong presentation skills, strong verbal and written communication skills, strong analytical ability and good interpersonal relationship skills.
- Ability to use social media professionally.
- Ability to conduct research and prepare basic reports.
- Strong proficiency in Office Suite
