What You’ll Do

As a Fulfillment Operations Professional, your role will be integral to the seamless and swift delivery of blood and medical products from our distribution centers to healthcare facilities. By becoming a part of our team, you actively contribute to our mission of providing instant access to vital medical supplies for every individual worldwide. Your key responsibilities include:

  • Order Fulfillment: Serve as the primary point of contact for customer orders, ensuring a high-quality and exceptional experience.
  • Inventory & Warehouse Management: Organize and oversee supplies and equipment, implementing effective management procedures to accommodate company scaling.
  • Product Handling: Manage and prepare packages for drone delivery to hospitals and clinics, emphasizing quality and speed.
  • Best Practices & Safety Management: Collaborate with the team to conduct daily quality control, supervise safety measures, and uphold regulations at the Zipline distribution center.

What You’ll Bring

  • Licensed pharmacist with full professional proficiency in spoken and written English.
  • 2+ years of practical experience in a pharmacy background.
  • Passionate about ensuring perfection in every aspect of the supply chain and order processing.
  • Proactive with excellent organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
  • Customer-centric mindset, dedicated to exceeding delivery quality expectations.
  • Positive and collaborative attitude, focused on both personal success and the growth of teammates.
  • Eligible to work in Ghana.

What Else You Need to Know

  • Must be open to working nights/weekends.
  • Willingness to work beyond 45 hours/week.
  • Prepared to relocate to our distribution center in Kete-Krachi or Sefwi-Wiawso.
