Job Description
Skills Provision is searching for a Finance and Administration Director for a role in Accra, Ghana. The employer is a well-respected civil engineering and construction company. They have been in existence for over 20 years. Visa sponsorship is available for this role.
Salary
US $8000 – $10,000 p/m
Finance responsibilities:
- Provide financial leadership
- Develop and control budgets
- Generate financial reports
- Oversee accounting procedures and systems
- Ensure compliance with financial and legal legislation
- Oversee audits
- Additional duties as required
Administration Responsibilities:
- Supervise Human Resources function in support of the Chief Executive
- Manage the finance and administration team
- Oversee policy renewals
- Perform additional duties as per company needs
Requirements
- Degree educated/or time served
- Formal accounting qualifications e.g. ACCA/ACA/CIMA
- Senior level experience, including financial control, accounting, forecasting etc
- Experience formulating financial plans
- Previous experience as a Head of Finance/Finance Director in construction is preferred
- High level of accuracy in all work
- Display discretion and integrity
- A strong leader, with high levels of enthusiasm
