Role Purpose
Plan & implement development activities including prospecting sales, marketing and client relations to achieve corporate objectives.
Requirements
- A minimum of a first degree in sales management, marketing, or related field
- At least 5 years’ experience in a similar role
- Must have a strong understanding of customer support processes as well as sales and marketing process in the B2B environment
Duties & Responsibilities
- Identify new business opportunities using relevant research tools, sector specific targeting and cold calling.
- Introduce Company’s products to the Corporate and Business markets through brokers, employers, banks and other new corporate networks in the industry
- Build and manage a network of brokers to contribute to sales targets
- Identify, recruit, grow and retain potential existing clients
- Develop and implement marketing and sales strategy to grow business
- Analyse distribution channels on consistent basis and develop strategies to achieve sales target
- Develop tools to consistently evaluate one’s performance against targets
- Smartly initiates, manage, and conclude business transactions on consistent basis
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Identify, recruit, grow and retain potential and existing clients
