Job seekers can be contacted by purchasing a Contact Detail Package. This gives you access to their phone number, email address and direct chat app. More on that here.
This prompt only shows up when trying to apply for internal jobs. Some employers may choose to process their job applications internally on our platform. Therefore, in addition to uploading a word or pdf copy of your CV, a candidate will also have to complete his/her profile in the dashboard to be able to apply for internal jobs. Please refer to this guide for more on the subject.
Yes, we have spaces for banner ads that are guaranteed to get high visibility and ultimately secure conversions. More on that here.
There are two unique dashboards; the employer dashboard and the candidate dashboard. You need to sign in with the respective account type to be able to access the dashboard.
Job packages do not expire. They remain in your account until you exhaust them.
We currently accept Mobile Money and Card payments. The mobile money option includes all operators in Ghana namely MTN, Vodafone and Airtel Tigo. The card payments option includes Master Card, Visa Card and Verve Card.
Featured jobs are listed on the allocated spaces for featured jobs for a maximum period of two weeks, then revert back to being standard listings.
No, job application is completely free and will always be free, you don’t pay a dime.
Yes, you can edit a published job as long as the expiry date isn’t up.
Absolutely! Our enterprise job package is designed specifically for recruiting firms. With one subscription, you are eligible to post up to a 1000 jobs. And yes, the package never expires.
